Congratulations, Seniors!!

Enjoy what this incredible year has to offer!! We are here to help make everything needed for graduation and celebrating your achievement a simple process. Please, see important steps below and order deadlines. Follow the easy steps below to ensure you have everything you need for graduation! Be sure to order by the deadlines indicated!

step 1: Order your cap & gown

Gown Size - determined by height & weight (feet & inches; pounds) Height determines length. Weight determines fullness of gown. Submitting accurate information will ensure a proper fit.

Orders submitted after the deadline will not have sizing guaranteed!

step 2: submit your diploma name

Submit your name as you want printed on your diploma. Typically, your formal given name is printed.

  • STUDENT FIRST NAME: Formal first name as you want printed on your diploma (i.e. Matthew not Matt)

  • STUDENT MIDDLE NAME: Formal middle name as you want printed on your diploma (leave blank if you do not a have middle name)

  • STUDENT LAST NAME: Last name as you want printed on the diploma.

    • Include any suffixes applicable (i.e. Jr.)

    • If you have multiple last names, be sure to submit as you want printed, hyphens, etc. (i.e. Garcia Martinez vs Garcia-Martinez)

Diplomas will be printed as submitted!! Please, ensure accuracy in submitting.

STEP 3: order your GRADUATION ANNOUNCEMENTS

Announcing is in the details! Honor your achievement with the formality it deserves. Custom announcements are exquisitely crafted for SES on recycled paper and capture the important elements of the graduating Class of 2024. Share and remember your accomplishment with excellence. Premium announcements are crafted with fine quality inking, embossing, burnishing and more. Don’t forget name cards and return address labels!

Announcement Cover: Green foil accents on cover with SES logo. First Opened View: School building etching. Fully Opened: commencement information and pre-cut name card slots to personalize to the graduate. (name cards are not included)

graduation announcement orders are due 12/1/23

Premium custom announcements are only guaranteed until the order deadline. A limited supply may be available after the deadline on a first come, first serve basis. Once the premium announcements are sold out, a similar custom print on demand version will be available to order, but will not have the premium inking and paper features.

 

STEP 4: SeS Custom Tassel

A long time SES tradition. Order your custom wood drop tassel for the SES Class of 2024. For every tassel purchased a tree is planted!!


Custom SES ‘24 tassels can only be purchased through our local office (GradsMN). Tassels available on jostens.com offer a different ‘24 drop look but are not custom to SES.
